Sure I get that you want to keep your pets near you. What I mean is when people tie up their dogs and leave them outside while they're inside. I'm like COME ON PEOPLE! How would you like it if someone did that to you?
Really, I get that people don't want their pets running off to a better life, or sniff every other dog's butt that walks by. But why do people feel like they can just tie them up to a tree and spend forever inside. Yes, it's better than just leaving them in the car, no I would feel bad if your dog runs in front of a car and gets hit because I said leashes suck.
Oh and what I really can't get is kids...on leashes. I mean, what is up with that? I'm somewhat understanding about animals on leashes but your own flesh and blood? That's just wrong.
I know, I know little kids are always running around and breaking stuff but if you don't want that then why did you have a kid in the first place? I just don't get where someone decided 'Hey I'll just put this leash on Junior here and keep 'im from running off.'
People are just bizarre.

I've found that radio controlled shock collars work better and are more discreet than putting a leash on your kid. Especially if they're a teenager!
