Is everything okay?

Nope. I'm not talking about personally, I'm talking about globally and human-ly. Just look at us. We suck.
So, what? Well because of us, we've screwed up our planet, caused several species of animals to go instinct (and some plants along the way), we've completely messed with out global weather (We could even have started global warming), we bomb the hell out of the land, pollute the oceans, and to top it all off we can't even get along with one another, and just keep coming up with more ways to screw our selves over.
Really, though, what happen to the human nature that cared about the land we came from? What ever happen to humans taking care of the land, our planet and one another? No, everything is not okay!
We've screwed ourselves up so bad, that I wonder if we will ever go back to being okay.

Oh, sorry we only care about the bad.

So I'm sitting there waiting for my internet to wake up, staring at my AOL homepage. And guess what the headline is? Yep, something about these people not helping a dying man. Now, the only words that seem fully express what I was thinking were, What the hell?!
There are so many bad things in this world, yes, but really now? Is our society so lost that people just walk past a dying man not even batting an eyelash and then the media feels that we need to read this? What happen, people?
Is all our society care about is all the bad things? It seems that all we care about is what is going wrong in the world? Does it make you feel better, reading about the dying man nobody helped? And those people who walked by, did they feel better not helping him, because hey at least their life didn't suck that bad.
Ugh, people really!
